ACCOMMODATION

The "5th International Conference on Digital Audio Effects" will take place at the University of the Federal Armed Forces, which is located in the eastern part of Hamburg (quarter Wandsbek/Jenfeld). Concerning the size of the city, travelling by public transport will be unavoidable. Of course, there exists a well-developped transport network. Travelling from the city centre to the conference place will last about 30 minutes.

For accommodation, there are two general options:

• near the conference place
• near the city center

Beware of cheap hotels directly located in the district "St. Georg" (e.g. streets: Bremer Reihe, Ellmenreichstr., Holzdamm, Lange Reihe, Steindamm, Steintorweg)! In this district you'll find a lot of crime, prostitution and drug dealing at night!
